How to arrive
To get to the Giudecca from Piazzale Roma
take the n. 82 water bus in the direction of Tronchetto or the
n. 52 in the direction of the Giudecca.
The closest boat stop to the studios is Palanca. From Piazzale
Roma you can easily arrive to the area of the Zattere on foot
by passing through Campo Santa Margherita. From the Zattere
take the water bus which crosses the Canale della Giudecca.
The first stop on the Giudecca is Palanca. Get off here and
turn right, following the Fondamenta del Ponte Piccolo (the
main fondamenta). After about 40 meters, turn left in Calle
D. Pistor.
Follow this street for about 200 meters whereupon you will come
to the complex of the Cloister of SS Cosma e Damiano. The entrance
to the Cloister is marked by an iron gate.
